Niche Food Group is looking for a passionate Pizza Cook to join our team in Clayton, MO. This is a high-energy station centered around the craft of wood-fired pizza — if you love the art of dough, fire, and bold flavors, this is the role for you. We're a hospitality group that takes food seriously and has a great time doing it.
As a Pizza Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and stretching dough from scratch, managing the wood-fired oven, and executing pizzas consistently at high volume during service. You'll maintain your station with cleanliness and organization, manage par levels, and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
We're looking for candidates with hands-on experience making pizza from scratch and working with a wood-fired or high-temp oven. Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment is strongly preferred. A food handler's permit (or the ability to obtain one quickly) is required.
